Design Features

• Packing pad can be added, that can reduce the torque when valve opening and closing
• Metal-wrapped flexible graphite gasket for 150LB, metal-wound gasket for 300LB and 600LB, metal gasket for 900LB and above, or 600LB according to customer’s requirement.
• The elastic wedge type disc can compensate the surface distortion of the valve seat and the deformation of the valve body caused by the pipeline pressure.
• The stem design has a tapered upper sealing surface, which is sealed with the back seat on the bonnet when valve be fully opened.
• The strength of connection between stem and wedge exceeds the strength of stem screw root.
• The sealing surface of seat is spray welded with STL 6 cobalt-based hard alloy, the seat can be fixed by welding, or be threaded as customer’ s requirement.
